The fire is still active and crews will be in the area into Thursday night, but it no longer threatens residents.
OMAK, Wash. — Okanogan County Emergency Management reports that all evacuations have been dropped concerning the brush fire near Sand Flat Road.
Roads currently closed include: Engh Road, east of Sand flat Road to Vista View Road, Red Apple Road, Orchard View Road and Sand Flat Road south of State Route 97.
Fire personnel will remain on and along these roads, residents should stay clear of the area.
