I-275 south in St. Pete shut down due to multi-car crash [Video]

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A multi-car crash shut down all southbound lanes of Interstate 275 Thursday afternoon in St. Petersburg. Two lanes are back open to traffic as of 4:45 p.m.

St. Petersburg Fire Rescue is working to transport several people to Bayfront Health. It’s not clear how many cars were involved or how many people were hurt.
