NOPD: Woman killed in Thursday evening crash on Interstate 610 [Video]

A woman is dead following a crash Thursday evening on Interstate 610 in New Orleans.New Orleans police said officers were called just before 4:30 p.m. about an overturned vehicle on I-610 East at the St. Bernard Exit.Early reports show the woman was driving Eastbound on I-610, lost control for unknown reasons and hit another car. Her car continued into the grass and hit two trees before rolling over, according to NOPD.The woman was taken to the hospital, where she later died.The other driver was not hurt.
